Dylan Ramsey was born in Prague, Czech Republic, and due to his father's professional relocations, grew up in Toronto, New Jersey and Ohio.

During his teens, Dylan studied the art of Hip-Hop dancing and later became a professional dancer. His first major appearances, capturing Dylan's interest in performing, came when several artists enlisted his talents as a performance dancer during their concerts in the Toronto and Buffalo areas.

Dylan later left dancing to pursue his intellectual interests in computer programming, and achieved a degree in Computer Science. Although Dylan found programming intensely interesting, he was dissatisfied, feeling something was still missing from his life.

On a whim, he decided to audition for an independent feature entitled "Starmaker TV". This audition experience, involving thousands of actors from Toronto, New York and Los Angeles, radically changed his aspirations and perspective on professional acting.

Shortly thereafter Dylan attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NY where he was intensively taught the foundations and principles of acting. After achieving his diploma, Dylan's career began and his journey continues.
